(Commercial & Personal Use)
For valuable consideration received, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant the Buyer, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish, and distribute photographic images of my work, or in which I may be included, for any and all lawful purposes.
- SCOPE OF USE
This license covers both commercial and personal use. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:
- Commercial advertising, marketing, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Digital media, including websites, social media platforms, online portfolios, and emails.
- Editorial use, books, magazines, and educational publications.
- Personal portfolios, fine art exhibitions, and gallery displays.
- ALTERATIONS AND EDITING
I agree that the photographic images may be cropped, edited, altered, combined with other images, or turned into derivative works, in any manner the Photographer deems fit. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any copy that may be used in connection with the images. - TERRITORY AND DURATION
This release is worldwide and perpetual. It shall remain in effect indefinitely from the date of purchase. - COMPENSATION & OWNERSHIP
I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any further financial compensation, royalties, or residuals unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract. - RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Buyer and their legal representatives from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing, or publication of the images.
